The Tony Awards has been rescheduled to air this fall digitally due to the pandemic, the new date for the ceremony still has yet to be announced. Tom is nominated for Best Actor in a Play for Betrayal, so stay tuned for further updates.
The 74th Tony Awards ceremony, which was scheduled to take place at Radio City Music Hall on June 7 before the pandemic cut short the 2019-2020 Broadway season it was to recognize, will now be held digitally in the fall on a date still to be determined. (The timeline and specifics of the voting process are expected soon.)
….for best actor and actress in a play, respectively; Tom Hiddleston and Charlie Cox (Betrayal) for best actor in a play; Elizabeth Stanley (Jagged Little Pill) for best featured actress in a musical; David Alan Grier (A Soldier’s Play) for best actor or featured actor in a play, depending on where the nom-com placed him; and Derek McLane (Moulin Rouge!) for best scenic design. David Byrne, meanwhile, would almost certainly receive a special award for American Utopia.

Comicbook.Com is reporting that Loki will resume production sometime in August!
Hollywood’s migration to Atlanta continues as productions look to resume following the coronavirus pandemic. Now, it looks like Marvel’s Loki and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier shows slated for release on Disney+ are going to head to Pinewood Studios in Atlanta when they get back to work. While Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings is aiming for a production restart later this month, a report claims that Loki and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will be gearing up for August shoots, getting through new pre-production stages throughout July. Safe to say, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier won’t be releasing for its original August target.

A recent interview with Clark Gregg done with Variety has rumors swirling about a possible second season for Loki the television series! See below for article!
We already know that the first season of Loki, currently due sometime in 2021, is going to be six episodes much like the other Marvel Studios limited series on Disney+. There has been some speculation that Loki could be a multi-season show, but nothing completely official yet. Until now.
Variety has an interview with Clark Gregg about the final season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which starts this Wednesday on ABC, and he had this to say about Loki from what Tom Hiddleston told him: “But I’d be lying if I didn’t say boy, that would really be interesting to start the experiment over, doing 10 episodes or 12 episodes the way Tom Hiddleston told me he was doing [on “Loki”] with that kind of budget and that Marvel Cinematic production team.”

The National Theatre will stream Coriolanus on June 4th through June 11th. If you haven’t seen Tom in this, I highly recommend tuning in since it is one of his best works! You can catch the stream here through the announced dates!
Tom Hiddleston (Betrayal, The Avengers, The Night Manager) plays the title role in Shakespeare’s searing tragedy of political manipulation and revenge.
When an old adversary threatens Rome, the city calls once more on her hero and defender: Coriolanus. But he has enemies at home too.
As famine threatens the city, the citizens’ hunger swells to an appetite for change, and on returning from the field, Coriolanus must confront the march of realpolitik and the voice of an angry people.
